Your skills and expertise have taken you a long way in your career, but now you need something more. For some reason, when you try to influence others to your way of thinking, they don't always listen or follow you. This can impact your performance when you speak at a conference, lead a team through change, or manage your own career progression. It's not enough to have the best ideas in the room. You need to cross the bridge from having skills to having influence.
Deep down you know that you can be more and achieve more in your life. There’s a voice inside challenging you to go further and faster down your chosen path – within your organisation, or in a completely different one - but to get there, you need to change something inside. You need to develop more confidence and clarity to connect at a deeper level.
The good news is that it’s never too late to change when something is important to you. It's a lot less daunting when you have someone else to support you. All it takes is a better process, a different mindset, and some practise.

Who am I?
My background is sales and marketing, working in the City for Thomson Reuters and Bloomberg, both of which went through huge change and transformation during my time there.
I became deeply interested in the effect on people of all this change, starting with myself, and made the transition in 2003 to the world of leadership development and behavioural change. I became accredited in coaching by ICF to add to my practitioner status around personality profiling tools including Insights and MBTI.
I began to recognise that the most successful people - in their whole lives, not just at work - have something more than the sum of what they do. They know who they are and what they want, and they can connect with others with real authenticity and depth. Which brings me to the point of what I do: I help move people from having skills to having influence

It often starts with a day out of the office where you spend some time together exploring better ways to connect and trust one another. I collaborate with senior team leaders and heads of HR to design a programme that will resonate and move people to action. From there we can work together on individual and team performance.
